The Weatherhawk Signature 232 Direct Connect Weather Station is a pre-configured industrial-grade device which gathers information about the weather or environment with the use of various types of sensors. This weather center is designed to measure a standard set of weather factors such as wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure, solar radiation, and rainfall.
The Weatherhawk 232 weather station connects directly to a server or PC device using an RS232 serial data I/O (input/output) cable situated on the bottom of the forecaster. It uses a rotating anemometer and vane instruments for measuring wind direction and speed. For other measurements, it also makes use of various sensor types that perform measurements with precision.
This Weatherhawk weather station comes with easily replaceable sensors to ensure accuracy during data gathering. As an additional feature, the 232 professional weather station is fully compatible with all versions of software and all third-party certified software drivers.
