Perfect for restaurant docks, commercial parking lots, municipal docks, barns, and other environments, this pressure washer quickly heats the water to clean oil, grease, and other contaminants from tough surfaces. It is also equipped with a powerful motor or engine that is made to efficiently function even under harsh environments and tough weather conditions.
The Simpson Vertical Hot Water series comes with a triplex pump that gives high pressures at the nozzle which is great for commercial job sites. Its has a steel braided hot water hose that is non-marring and is abrasion resistant. This Simpson pressure washer also includes a pro-style spray gun and wand with quick-connect nozzles.
Providing more efficiency and reliability, this Vertical Hot Water series is a direct drive power washer in which the motor shaft is directly connected to the washer. As an additional feature, its burner raises water temperature 100 degrees higher than incoming water source. It also has a high-temperature limiting switch that ensures water remains is safe for operation. It also comes with pneumatic tires for easy transport.

The Simpson MB1223 offers 120 volts, heavy duty induction motor which plugs into any three-prong, grounded, 15-amp circuit. It is equipped with an automatic total stop system and an extra long 35 feet electric cord with GFCI (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) protection.
- 60100: Simpson KB3028 Vertical Hot Water Power Washer
Unlike the Simpson MB1223, the Simpson KB3028 uses a Briggs & Stratton Intek 1100 OHV engine which is technologically advanced and easy to start. It features Oil Alert where the system shuts down when the oil level is sufficient.
