This one-year maintenance plan is not an extended warranty; however, it supplements the manufacturer’s standard warranty. It is renewable up to five years from the purchase date and includes excellent services such as:
- Free Calibration
- Calibration Certificate
- Free Cleaning
- Free Lubricant (on all moving mechanical internal parts)
- Software and firmware update (if available)

What Is Covered?
No charge rentals during the maintenance period. Tiger Supplies will strive to provide a like kind and quality loaner within 24-48 hours. However, any damages caused by abuse or misuse of your theodolite are not covered under any program or warranty. Any repairs under warranty are processed through the normal warranty procedures, while all non-warranty repairs are invoiced to the customer at normal rates.
What is the Shipping Cost?
The cost of shipping the theodolite to be repaired, and any no charge loaners, to and from Tiger Supplies is the responsibility of the customer.
