The TP1-GK Grounding Kit for Weatherhawk Weather Station is a reliable electrical accessory for the Weatherhawk Weather Stations. It is designed to avoid electrical surges and lightning from impairing the weather center. The Weatherhawk TP1-GK is needed when the TP1 tripod is positioned on the soil or at ground level.

This Weatherhawk grounding kit includes a 36-inch long copper-sheathed steel ground rod with electrical couplings to safely connect the ground rod and tripod. As an additional feature, the TP1-GK requires to be installed by a qualified electrician to ensure safe grounding.

Please Note: The TP1-GK grounding kit is designed only for ground installations and should not be used for rooftop installations.
