Overview for Seymour 20-976_x12 Stripe Inverted Tip Marker - Solvent Base (12-Pack)

Seymour of Sycamore's Stripe Inverted Tip Marker is a super fast drying marking paint. It is meant to be sprayed in the inverted position, avoiding messes. It can be sprayed by hand or with the Z-605 marking gun or the Z-606 marking wand. It has a special, non-clogging formula that allows for even application.

    Features

These solvent based paints give you permanent results. The paint produces vivid markings and is safe to be used on most surfaces. The non-clogging formula not only helps keep it mess free and gives it an even application, it makes it unnecessary to replace/clean out the spray through caps. Additionally, each can comes with Seymour’s patented tear away cap for easy use. It is available in 8 colors. The Seymour solvent base paints have decent durability and are abrasion resistant. It has a flat finish of <15 (measured on a 600 gloss meter) and a drying time to touch of 15 minutes (at 72°F, 50% humidity,1.5 mil thickness).

    Safety

All Seymour STRIPE paints are made with lead-free coloring and meat APWA colored standards. They are also VOC compliant. Note that the paint is flammable, with a flash point of -4°F. Additionally, it is in an aerosol can (high pressure) which makes it even more flammable. The ideal storage temperature is 40°F-90°F, and application temperature is 50°F-100°F. The paint’s formulation ensures that it will not freeze.

It has a shelf life guaranteed up to 2 years.
