The Rope Logic Stable Braid Rigging Sling is a double braid rope that is used by arborists and foresters as a tether for rigging devices. One end of the rope has an eye where the user can easily secure a block, portawrap or other device, and the other side is a running end for knotting. Offering efficiency and durability, this eye sling is a great tool for tree rigging or other industrial applications.
The Stable Braid Sling is made of polyester material with a tightly woven outer jacket, which protects the load bearing inner core from abrasion. It has a tensile strength of up to 19,000 lbs, and has a working load limit of up to 1,900 lbs. (depending on its configuration), making it a widely used rope for years already.
Product Options
The Rope Logic Stable Braid Eye Sling comes in two different options that differ on their diameter and length (in feet). Please choose your preference on the options menu above.
Eye Slings that have 5/8" diameter have a specific tensile strength of 15,000 lbs and a working load limit of 1,500 lbs, while the 3/4" eye slings have a maximum tensile strength of 19,000 lbs, and a 1,900 working load limit.
