The Ropewalker Climbing Ascender is designed as a versatile device for any hand orientation the user has. It has bottom slots that are designed to pass through chips, grit, and mud. The device has a large carabiner hole, which allows the climber to effectively and easily rotate the ascender on the hip. A heavy duty spring wire maintains and enhances grabbing pressure, making climbing and ascending safer and more efficient. It can accommodate 7/16" to 5/8" D ropes, and meets ANSI requirements for effective mechanical climbing devices.
