Quickly tow a distressed swimmer to safety with the Stearns Ring Buoy Rope with Bag. This 90 ft. long 3/8” polypropylene floating rope is stuffed inside a heavy-duty Cordura bag that attaches to a ring buoy or other Type IV throwable rescue devices (not included) to keep it accessible at all times. This weather-resistant bag also protects the rope from UV damage. 

To use the rope, simply grab the webbed handle at the top, loosen the cinch opening at the bottom, and throw the ring buoy with the rope attached. Use the rope to retrieve the buoy and pull the victim close to shore or the poolside. After use, dry the rope first before stuffing it inside the bag.
