The Leica RTC360 3D Laser Scanner is a state-of-the-art device designed to retrieve high-quality, clear and pre-registered 3D laser scan data in record time. It has unmatched precision and is easy-to-use making it the perfect tool to ensure any construction project has optimal workflow with minimal errors.
Fast 3D Data Capture. Measuring up to 2 million points per second of High Dynamic Range (HDR) Imagery, the Leica RTC360 3D Laser Scanner can create a full-dome scan in under two minutes. Point clouds are automatically aligned based on real-time tracking of the user's moves from station to station by the Visual Inertial System (VIS) Technology. This eliminates the hours spent on stitching and registering points back in the office. The scans are pre-registered on any IOS or Android Mobile Device with Cyclone FIELD 360 App installed. This leading-point cloud processing software allows you to visually inspect, correct, and augment the results of the VIS for early detection of possible problems right on the field. These features make the entire process of capturing and registering 3D Data fast and accessible even to novice users.
Compact Design with Crisp Scans. The RTC360 3D Laser Scanner is built with a small and lightweight design that it easily fits into most backpacks, ready to be taken anywhere. Once on-site, the laser scanner's hassle-free, one-button operations make for fast and easy scanning. High-quality scans are crucial in minimizing errors in project design and implementation. This scanner can capture low noise data from three cameras, that result in clear and detail-rich images that are independent from lighting conditions. Combined with the Cyclone FIELD 360 Software for automatic registration, the 3D Laser Scanner's precision of the scans can be checked on-site.
Seamless Point-Cloud Creation. Once all the scans are checked and registered through the Cyclone FIELD 360, these are synchronized back to the RTC360 3D Laser Scanner which records the data on a flash drive. This flash drive can be used to transfer the field data to a computer. The data can also be imported to the Cyclone REGISTER 360 which consolidates the data to produce a fully registered and colored point cloud without manual intervention. This captured data can also be directly publish to the free Leica TruView Cloud for a quick exchange of project information before importing and registering the data.
