The Quartz Tube Infrared Heating Element for TPI Infrared Heater is an effective heating tube that works with the TPI infrared heaters. It offers a medium wavelength temperature that produces a temperature of 1,800 °F (982 °C). This TPI Quartz tube provides a bright orange glow which is great for many heating applications.
This TPI heater quartz tube features an approximate radiant efficiency of up to 60%. Also, it comes with a 5/8-inch diameter frosted quartz envelope that includes a porcelain end cap to eliminate short-outs. The TPI heater accessory includes a fast heat-up and cool-down performance.
The quartz tube infrared heating element is made of Nickel-Chromium alloy coiled element and pigtailed termination for long life. With a frequency of 50/60 Hertz, the TPI heater tube has a life expectancy of up to 5,000 hours.
