The Nikon Prostaff 1000 Laser Rangefinder is a powerful surveying tool that is so compact, it fits in your pocket. Equipped with a 6x optical system, it also has an objective diameter of 20 millimeters that enables easy target acquisition. This laser rangefinder operates within a range of 6 to 1,000 yards with a 6-degree field of view. It can effortlessly calculate distances with an accuracy of ±1 to ±2 m/yd in 1-yard increments.
Featuring Tru-Target Priority System, the Nikon Prostaff 1000 allows surveyors to switch between First Target and Distant Target modes depending on the field requirements. It also features an optional ID Technology that gives the horizontal distance to the target at different incline or decline shooting angles up to ±89 degrees. The Prostaff 1000 boasts multilayer coated lens and a long eye relief of 16.7 millimeters for added precision. Plus, it operates using one-button to activate continuous measurement within eight seconds.
With an IPX4 rating, the Prostaff 1000 rangefinder is protected against splashing water. It only uses one CR Lithium battery as a power source. Made of high-quality materials, this Nikon surveying tool has compact dimensions of 3.6” L x 2.9” W x 1.5” H.
