Overview for ZipLevel ZLP-075 Pro 2000B High Precision Altimeter

The Ziplevel Pro-2000B is a highly accurate pressurized hydrostatic altimeter that allows you to easily level horizontally and vertically with digital elevation readouts. It is quick and easy to set up and provides a one-man operation even without line of site and requiring no manual computations. The Pro-2000B consists of a base unit that stores its handheld measurement module, a handheld keypad with display, and a 75-foot interconnecting cord that covers a 150-foot circle.

      One-Person Operation

With just a press of the measurement module zero key, the Ziplevel Pro-2000B altimeter sets an infinite size level benchmark plane anywhere within the 40-foot vertical setup range. You can instantly level or adjust forms and easily read elevations in fractional or decimal inches, feet or meters with 1/8 inch accuracy and 0.01 inch vertical accuracy in High Precision mode.

      Built-in Functions

Featuring 16 powerful built-in functions, this measuring tool is capable of automatic shutoff to save power, sound leveling, ambient temperature display, monitoring, data recording and more. The Ziplevel's Carry Function let's you measure over any distance or elevation while keeping your benchmark at zero. It also has a PC serial port for viewing stored data to your computer for tables, profiles, 3D or maps.

      No Factory Calibration

Ziplevel Pro does not experience tilted level plane errors, so there is no need for factory calibration. Vertical calibration can also be checked instantly at a known elevation. The Ziplevel is also 10,000 times as precise as an aircraft altimeter and immune from both barometric pressure and altitude changes.

      Interconnecting Cord

The Ziplevel Pro 2000B has a 75-foot cord that contains a propriety liquid and pressuring gas. It can be compressed, stretched or kinked without damage. The cord fits securely inside the instrument and can be reeled in or out.

      Long Lasting Battery and Memory

Using a single 9V battery, this measuring device runs for up to a year with typical daily use and can withstand extreme temperatures. It is also water resistant and can survive a drop of up to five feet onto concrete and can store 137 measurements on-board.

The Ziplevel Pro-2000B package is great for any estimating, planning, excavation, construction and landscaping jobs and comes with 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
