The Aervoe Premium 93% Zinc Rich Cold Galvanize Coating is an industrial-grade formulation that provides permanent resistance against corrosion and rust. Ideal for aviation, marine, and manufacturing applications, it can be used on all ferrous metal surfaces as a protective coating or as an outstanding weld-through primer. It produces light gray, matte finish that is durable and long-lasting.
This Aervoe galvanizing paint uses 97-percent pure metallic zinc dust that leaves 93-percent zinc in the dry film offering protection equal to or better than hot-dipped galvanizing. It is fast-drying and dries to touch within 15 minutes. It is available in one-gallon container and case of a dozen 0.5-pint or four one-quart cans to accommodate different coating needs. It also comes in low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) version that is smooth flowing for safer use.
The Aervoe Premium 93% Zinc Rich Cold Galvanize Coating complies with multiple performance requirements of ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials), MIL(Military), and DOD (Department of Defense) standards including the 2,000 hours of five percent salt spray testing (ASTM B-117). It is lead-free and does not contain ozone depleting substances (ODS) ensuring safety. It is supported by a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.
