Built for maximum accuracy, this invar leveling rod by Nedo is equipped with graduations that are engraved using an interferometrically controlled laser beam. This guarantees precise markings and superior edge sharpness to allow random graduation errors less than ± 0.015 millimeters. It also comes with a circular bubble level to enable quick, accurate aligning and positioning. To accommodate most measuring needs, it is available in three length variations—one meter, two meters, and three meters—and scale options.
The Nedo Precision Invar Leveling Rod has a nickel-plated steel footplate that is slightly protruding from its body providing additional stability. For long-lasting durability, its yellow lacquered graduation side is print protected by a one-millimeter thick polyester coating.
