    Overview for Haglof 15-103-9003 Postex Rangefinder

    The Haglof Postex Rangefinder works with the Haglof DP II caliper, Digitech Professional and software application Postax for individual positioning of trees and objects in coordinate systems on sample plots. It’s easy to use: one personal can measure and electronically capture all of the tree or object data and position calculations.

    The Haglof Postex is a versatile field instrument that features both ultrasound and laser technology for accurate and easy height measurements. The ultrasound technology makes it perfect to use on dense forests because it is not limited to line of sight measurements. Moreover, the laser instrument allows professionals to select height measuring method depending on terrain and situation.

    This laser range finder measures height up to 999 feet with an accuracy of 0.1 foot. Built tough, it has a rugged yet user-friendly exterior with a graphic LCD display.  It is powered by a rechargeable Li-ion battery that can last for up to 9000 measurings.
