Featuring a grade range from -12% to +40% and is fully self-leveling over the entire range, the Spectra DG813 Pipe Laser is perfect for every tunneling jobs. With fully compensated cross axis feature, this laser tool provides quick set up and reliability that the laser will be level without having to adjust the device at the bottom of the invert. This construction laser offers an accuracy of ±10 arc second, delivering an unprecedented performance when laying pipes. It also offers line centering, line set, and line alert features that simplify setting and resetting of the grade on the display.
This Spectra Precision pipe laser comes with the SF803 Spot Finder which increases its productivity, automatically aligns the laser to the center of the spot finder, and also calculates the grade. It also has functions such as manual grade entry, line scan, and spot-align search up to 45 degrees. With the RC803 remote control, the DG813 enhances its range up to 500 feet within pipes providing full operation in a single set-up between manholes.
This pipe laser’s one upgrade from previous models is the ability to place standard D batteries in the laser so users can still use it while the NiMH batteries charge. It is designed with a large LCD display and a color-coded keypad. The IP68 protection makes this device dustproof and waterproof of up to 10 feet. Using the included battery pack, this Spectra pipe laser can last up to 40 hours.
