The Pyramex PMXtreme RX Safety Glasses accommodate -3.0 to +3.0 prescription lenses. Behind the regular curved safety glasses, a non-curved RX can be installed through the interlocking prescription insert inside the frame. Like all the PMXtreme glasses, it comes with ventilated straight-back flexible temples and rubber temple tips for comfort fit.
The Pyramex PMXtreme RX Safety Glasses come with built-in rubber nose pads suitable for most nose bridges. The black frame comes with a lanyard cord for added security. It utilizes polycarbonate lenses making it ten times more impact resistant than plastic or glass lenses. The lenses are coated for superior scratch-resistance and provide 99% protection from harmful UV rays. Available lens color options include Clear which is used for protection against impact and Gray to reduce glare. Both lenses come with Anti-Fog technology to ensure clarity of the glasses during extreme temperature or humidity.
The Pyramex PMXtreme RX Safety Glasses offer an affordable prescription safety glass, providing significant savings for most people who need prescription lenses. It is also marked with ANSI Z87.1+ and has passed the High Impact standards set in place for safety eyewear by the American National Standards Institute.
