The Mutual Industries Orange Fabric Silt Fence is designed for construction sites to serve as a temporary sediment control device. It blocks silt, sediment, and construction debris to protect nearby streams, rivers, lakes, and other aquatic resources from contamination. With its bright Orange color, it is easily visible.
Made of woven polypropylene fabric, this silt fence by Mutual Industries provides durability and grab tensile strength of up to 109 pounds. It contains stabilizers and inhibitors to prevent deterioration caused by heat and soil conditions. It also allows up to 80-percent UV resistance to ensure long-lasting service.
The Mutual Industries Orange Fabric Silt Fence comes in four different sizes to accommodate most construction and surveying applications. It complies with the AASHTO M288 standards and exceeds most State Department of Transportation specifications. It also comes with a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty.
Mutual Industries certifies that the all their silt fence fabric meets the above minimum average roll values. The fabrics are tested in on-site laboratories at the time of production and have passed or exceed ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) standards.
