The thin soft flange of the wide nosepiece evenly distributes the weight on the nose bridge making it ideal for all-day use. This nosepiece is made of soft non-slip rubber to prevent the glasses from sliding down the nose.
Providing maximum protection to the eyes is the scratch-resistant lenses made of polycarbonate material, safeguarding the eyes against harmful UV rays. Aside from delivering rock-solid protection, the lenses also provide maximum visual clarity. The Pyramex Intrepid II Safety Glasses come with flexible rubber temples making a soft cushion for pressure-free fit behind the ear and help secure the eyewear from shifting out of place.
The Pyramex Intrepid II Safety Glasses provide a rugged and durable option for eye safety expectations. It exceeds minimum ANSI Z87.1-2003 high impact requirements and passes the MIL-PRF 32432 U.S. Military’s ballistic fragmentation standards. In addition, it is CE EN166 and CSA Z94.3-07 certified. All Pyramex safety eyewear comes with a limited lifetime warranty on frames and lenses from breakage under normal usage.
