The GP Recoil Start Series Portable Generator is one of the best power solutions when it comes to home use, camping, job sites, and as back-up power in case of an outage. Running from 3,500 to 6,500 watts with a heavy-duty OHV engine, it can power anything from circular saws and hand drills to electric water heaters and central air conditioners. It also comes with Generac’s PowerRush Advanced Technology that increases the starting electrical current up to 40% above rated output upon demand.
The GP Series Manual Portable Generator is outfitted with a large capacity steel fuel tank with a fuel gauge for durability and up to a 10.5 hr. run-time at 50% load. It comes with a hardened 1 ¼” steel-tube cradle for strength while the low-oil level shutdown automatically protects the engine from damage. This mobile generator also has heavy-duty, never-flat wheels for easy portability and a fold-down handle for compact storage.
Other essential features include an hour meter on the control panel to track maintenance requirements. Circuit breakers provide overload protection, while outlet covers protect from the elements. Generac also offers a three-year warranty for residential usage and a one-year warranty for commercial use.
