The Seco Fixed Tribrach Adapter is used for mounting retro prisms and tripod mounted target systems. This adapter applies to any "wild-type" tribrach with 5/8 x 11 mounting stud perfect for every mounting application. Weighing only 0.5 lb., this Seco adapter is lightweight and efficient.

    Not a fixed adapter or what's in the picture.

    Sent me a non fixed completely different adapter than what's pictured in a fixed adapter box. And they want me to pay for return shipping.

    The adapter is fine for a simple backsight setup in small projects. The adapter requires that the trabrach base be turned to optimize prism orientation. This is not an issue if the target distances are under about 300 meters. The adapter is best for the typical construction site where you do not have to risk your best equipment to dust and damage. I was hoping to see a SECO logo on the product thinking that it would be produced domesticly by SECO. This product has no markings.
