The Keencut Evolution E2 Tabletop Cutter is one of the most precise wide-format cutters that offers speed, accuracy, and convenience for sign making, framing, and drafting. It features a sturdy torsion bar that allows a single operation of the entire cutter bar from either end. Materials are no longer held manually with the weight on the cutting bar and silicone bead along the straight edge and base plate. Also featured is the four-piece cutter slideway and the torsion bar extrusion that combines with the full-length base plate. Adjustable mounting brackets allow the Evolution E2 to be affixed to any table, regardless of its straightness or levelness. The adjustable levelers ensure straight and accurate cuts on any surface.
The Evolution E2 cutter has a high-performance double or bi-directional cutting head with Graphik blades. These blades can also be set at different depths, allowing the first blade to score the material and the second blade to cut through it in a single pass. A medium-duty utility blade holder is also available for blades that cut up to 3/8-inch thick materials. The replaceable integrated cutting track and textile cutting wheel attachment make cutting delicate materials to be cut cleanly and precisely. Also included is a unique parking or swing-over mechanism that allows folding of the cutter under the table or workbench to offer an unobstructed workbench surface.
This cutter comes with two vertical Graphik blade holders, 25 Graphik utility blades, a vertical Medium-duty blade holder, and 100 medium-duty utility blades. It can cut semi-rigid materials such as Foam Centered Board, PVC Foam Board, Cardboard, Corrugated Plastic, Mat Board, Polystyrene, and Gatorboard. It can easily and perfectly cut flexible materials, including Banners, Self-Adhesive Flexible Materials, Tissue, Canvas, Fabric-Textiles, Film, Mountboard, Leather, Vinyl, Magnet, Pop-Up Banners, Paper, and Photo Paper.
