Overview for Council Tool PR25 Engineer Hammer

The Council Tool Engineer Hammer is designed for heavy striking of wood, metal, concrete and stone. It is also perfect to use for driving punches, cold chisels, set rivets and shape metal.

Made of a forged steel head that weighs from 2.5 to 4 pounds. Its striking face is machine-made and beveled for safer performance. It is heat treated to increase hardness. It is attached onto an option of 14-inch fiberglass handle with molded grip or a 15-inch American hickory handle which is kiln-dried. It is hydraulically connected into the steel head. The metal head is coated with clear lacquer finish to prevent rust.
