Built with a metal construction the Dahle Heavy Duty High Capacity Shredder is remarkably durable. It is Dahle’s largest shredder with the additional three fold-out tables for stacking paper to be shred. Ideal for use in purging large volume of paper in a short amount of time. With the ability to accommodate 50 gallons of shredded waste it provides longer shredding time and less frequent change of bags.
Featuring a special locking mechanism a safety key is required in operating this shredder for safety purpose and to avoid injury and unauthorized use. The Dahle Heavy Duty High Capacity Shredder is easy to operate with its user-friendly controls. It is also equipped with Bag Full Auto Off feature a sensor turns the shredding action off when the waste bag or bin reaches its capacity accompanied by an audible and visible warning.
The Dahle Heavy Duty High Capacity Shredder operates with 208v electrical requirements and surprisingly quiet for their size. It is capable of shredding confidential records into 1/4" strip cut and 1/8" x 3-1/8" cross cut shred size depending on model with security level P-2 and P-3 standard. With its 17" feed opening it can accept up to 85/100 sheets of paper and also able to shred staples, paper clips, credit cards and CDs. It also comes with a 2-year warranty.
