Leica 850291 Clamp Sonde for DD Utility Locator

The Clamp Sonde for Leica DD Utility Locator is a newly produced sonde by Leica that is used to trace the direction of a duct, a position of an inspection camera or a blockage. Featuring an operating frequency of 33 kilohertz, this Leica clamp sonde offers a detection range of up to 16 feet (5 m). It can easily clamp on to a 0.74-inch rod. Also, it is compatible with the Leica DD100 Series or the DD200 Series Locators.

This Leica sonde is fully submersible which protects the sonde from harsh elements. It is powered by one AAA alkaline battery that can operate up to 15 hours of intermittent use. As an additional feature, the clamp sonde weighs only five ounces and has a 3.74” L x 1.57” Diameter size.
