It features an access writing surface with rugged clips and a form storage compartment on the other side.

    This AdirOffice form holder offers a clever fold up writing surface plate that is ideal for creating smudge-free carbon and carbonless copies. It has a snap-down crossbar that protects the completed forms and clip pens.
