    The Petzl ABSORBICA-I Fall Arrest Lanyard is a heavy-duty tool used by arborists for personal anchor connections and progression on a horizontal rope during climbing applications. Designed as a fall arrest equipment, this lanyard is beneficial in providing safety and support to the climber, by means of energy absorption when a fall occurs, limiting the impact force and reducing deceleration on the user. It comes with a fabric pouch for protection against abrasion and proper storage when not in use.

    High-Quality & Reliable: This Petzl Lanyard is made from high-quality webbing material, with an energy absorber device which facilitates the main function of the tool. It can be used on arborists with weight ranging from 50-130kg, and can be installed in two different ways: through a carabiner via String positioning accessory which is included in the device, or through a Ring Open gated ring, to ensure effective positioning.

    This fall arrest lanyard has a standard length of 80cm, and conforms to standard requirements depending on the connectors used with the device. It is certified under CE EN 355 when used with EN 362, UKCA, EAC connectors, while it is ANSI Z359.13 certified when in conjunction with ANSI Z359.12 connectors.
