The Turf-Tec 7.01 and 1 - 4.01 pH Pen Calibration Liquid is used to calibrate pH meters. It is vital to perform a calibration before pH testing to assure the accuracy of the meter’s reading. These are also colored to assist in the identification process.
To calibrate using the USA-made Turf-Tec liquid, prepare two calibration points to achieve excellent uniformity. The electrode must be rinsed with distilled water before inserting the tip into the solution. Afterward, adjust the meter to read the solution’s pH value and clean the electrode tip again before measuring and adjusting to the second solution.
The Turf-Tec calibration liquid is used for the Hanna pH pen, pH and EC pen and all other pH meter models. This is made in the USA and protected with a 1-year limited warranty.
