The Johnson 22X Builder's Transit Level System is an optical instrument, or a telescope, complete with a built-in spirit level used to establish a reference line it is also used to provide readings of angles in precise measurements. It is ideal for leveling foundations, driveways, patios, floors, for grading street, curbs and ditches, for aligning fences or any light construction job. It features a horizontal circle with single degrees graduation and reads by vernier direct to 15 minutes. It also comes with a vertical arc that reads degrees 45-0-45.
For effortless viewing, the leveling vial is top mounted and it comes with a built-in shade for clear sighting. Another good feature of this builder’s level is its horizontal and vertical tangent screw and vertical lock for precise movement control. An easy to turn large leveling screw also comes with this builder’s level. The Johnson 22X Builder’s Transit Level includes an instruction manual with warranty card and hard-shell carrying case.
