The TPI 198 Series Radiant and Fan-Forced Portable Heater is a reliable heat source that ideal for job sites, garages, workshops and other places where portable heat is needed. With a single-phase power, this TPI portable heater offers a power up to 120 volts. It also yields up to 5,120 British Thermal Units (BTU) and a current of 12.5, 7.5 or 5 amps.

The 198 Series portable heater features three-heat settings: 600-watt radiant, 900-watt fan-forced or 1,500-watt radiant and fan-forced setting. It comes with a temperature control thermostat that is energy-saving and safe. The TPI radiant / fan-forced heater has a dual safety system that includes a tip-over switch and a manual reset limit control for easy electrical regulation.

This TPI 198 Series heater is enclosed in a reflective and sturdy housing that endures harsh environments. It includes a six-foot-long three-conductor cord that is compatible with most standard circuits. As an extra feature, the 198 Series weighs only nine pounds and measures 11” W x 15” H x 12” D.
