The Seco 10' Direct Reading Construction Grade Rod is the perfect solution for determining the actual elevation while eliminating the need for any calculations. This grade rod is made from durable ash and aluminum and features a rotating band that can lock in any position.  It is capable of expanding up to 10 feet and retracting to 5.4 feet for easy transport. This leveling rod also features a side rail for connecting an optional bracket for a laser receiver. 

This Seco direct elevation grade rod displays a continuous, bold tape face that features sharp measurements in feet/10ths. The boldface allows readings at greater distances. It also contains two locking mechanisms: one locks the rod in place when extended and the other locks the tape face in the desired position.
