If you find it necessary to return an item to us for replacement or refund you must call (973) 854-8603 for a return authorization number before returning a product, and one of our service reps will give you the appropriate return address.
No packages will be accepted without an R.A. number on the outside of the box.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials,inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out) and all accessories within a shipping carton. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or box. We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered,missing,written-on or taped contents. We reserve the rights to refuse any such returns. Special and custom orders are not returnable. Purchases Paid by credit card will be refunded with a credit on the credit card. purchases paid by cash or check will be credited with a check (no cash refund) less shipping charge.
