The Spectra GL612 is a rugged, automatic self-leveling laser with a working range of up to 2,600 feet. Used in a wide variety of grading, excavating and alignment applications, this construction rotary laser features PlaneLok and Grade Matching for increased accuracy in slope measurement. Featuring single grade capability of ±25%, the GL612 grade laser self-plumbs in the vertical position to allow bolt installation, form, tilt up, and curtain wall plumbing. With an intuitive keypad and graphic display, it also delivers a self-leveling accuracy of ±1/16th inch, making it ideal for agricultural and construction applications. You can mount this device vertically or horizontally on a 5/8-11 tripod.
Allowing the use of multiple lasers on site, the GL612 features a mask mode that eliminates interference with other crews. It also includes an RC602 radio remote control that gives you full control of the laser from up to 330 feet away. Electronic leveling vibration filter reduces vibrations typically experienced on tall tripods, in high winds or on high vibration job sites. Incorporating automatic temperature and grade compensation, this Spectra Precision laser level delivers highly accurate results in any weather or geographical location.
With an IP67 rating, the GL612 laser level is protected against dust and water immersion and can even survive a drop of up to three feet on concrete! This grade slope laser works up to 35 hours using rechargeable NiMH batteries and approximately 40 hours using alkaline batteries.
- GL612: With HL750 Laser Receiver
The Spectra HL750 laser receiver provides a digital readout of elevation and can be used at an operating diameter of up to 2,600 feet. It features an anti-strobe detector that prevents false readings from site strobe lights. The readout is displayed on its large front and rear LCDs and shows exactly how far the elevation is from on-grade. Accurate measurements can be made without moving the rod clamp, saving time and increasing productivity. Selectable units of measure can also be displayed in millimeter, centimeter, feet, inches or fractional inches.
- GL612-1: With Two HL750 Laser Receivers
Wireless communication between two Spectra HL750 laser detectors and the GL612 laser provides automatic grade matching, which allows measurement of unknown grade values between two points. For applications that require maximum stability and accuracy, the PlaneLok feature is available in both horizontal and vertical planes and automatically locks the beam on the receiver and keeps it on grade, reducing typical environmental factors that may cause an error.
- GL612-14: With CR600 Laser Receiver and C51 Magnetic Clamp
With an operating range of 270 degrees, the Spectra CR600 laser receiver indicates grade elevation information for general, concrete and site preparations. It can be used as a handheld or rod mounted receiver for a wide range of applications, or as a machine control mounted receiver for use on a backhoe, small excavator or skid steer loader. With 15-channel linear display and receiver cells with continuous pickup, it provides less dead spot and does not require you to be on-grade to measure. The CR600 laser detector also has super-bright red and green LED elevation indicators, which ensure high visibility in poor or bright sunlight.
