This Nikon AE-7/AE-7C auto level feature waterproof, nitrogen-filled,
high-power telescopes that help you make precise measurements even in
the wettest conditions! The Nikon AE-7/AE7C waterproof telescope reduce minimum focusing distance down to 0.3m (0.98ft)! These telescopes feature endless horizontal drive for smooth precise pointing and angular measurement, and they can be attached to either flat- or spherical- head tripods. In addition, a pentaprism mirror enables the viewing of a circular bubble as an erect image. They come with optional, high- and low-power eyepiece lenses, and attachable diagonal eyepiece lens for use in confined spaces.The standard optical sight lens helps you find your target quickly, easily and accurately. Another useful feature is clampless horizontal alignment. The AS/AE Series auto levels are easy to set up and easy to use

Automatic compensator ensures reliability
All AS/AE Series auto levels are rugged and shock-resistant-and they feature a unique automatic compensator that prevents magnetic interference. AS models offer a compensation range of ±12', while AE models offer a range of ±16'. All offer highly accurate 1-km double-run leveling (±0.8 mm for AS models, ±1.0 mm for AE models).
Powerful telescopes with improved minimum focusing
AE-7/-7C models feature a 30x telescope with optional 19x low-power and 37x high-power eyepiece lenses. For tight spots, AS-2/AS-2C models offer minimum focusing down to 3.28 ft (1 m); AE-7/AE-7C models offer minimum focusing down to 0.98 ft (0.3 m).
